The interior is done up in dark wood, with similar tables and chairs upholstered in leather, the table linen is finest cotton, the black and white prints of the erstwhile Hollywood superstars for your company. The dappled light reflects off the sea from the ships large windows. Each course in the Pollo Grill is cooked and presented to perfection.

The Oceania Cruises’ steaks are done to your pleasure as rare, medium rare, medium, to medium well done and well done. The beef is produced in USA and certified by the USDA of the Black Angus cattle from the Midwest. The beef is dry-aged for 28 days – this process gives a buttery taste and tender texture, just like the beef connoisseurs like it. The sauces served with the steaks are Béarnaise, Hollandaise, Creamy Horseradish, Au Poivre and Blue Cheese.
